  • College Bound, Street Smart Classes

Help your daughter step confidently into life after high school. College Bound, Street Smart is a two-part program designed for young women ages 17+ who are preparing to live, study, and travel more independently, facilitated by a licensed therapist, ER physician and GOG.

Part 1 (hosted in a private home):
A two-hour interactive session covering topics like drugs, alcohol, relationships, consent, and personal safety.

    Part 2 (gym location):
A two-hour self-defense class taught by self defense instructor, scheduled for a later date.

Give your daughter the tools, strategies, and confidence she needs for her next chapter.

  • Community Service

At Growing Our Girls, we regularly partner with local nonprofits to volunteer our time, give back to the community, and build lasting connections — both in mother–daughter and family-inclusive settings.

Our community has supported organizations such as Baby Bundles and Families Forward Charlotte, and we’ve organized donation drives for neighbors in need, including families impacted by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.

Stay in the loop! Subscribe to our newsletter to hear about upcoming volunteer opportunities and ways to serve together.
